TMB Immigration was founded by Attorney Teresa Mohmand-Borkowska, who is the also the Principal Attorney.

Attorney Teresa successfully represents individuals, families, companies and businesses in securing the best available immigration benefits and options. Having personally gone through the U.S. immigration process, she understands the challenges of navigating the U.S. immigration process. Known for her open communication and strategic approach, Teresa patiently dedicates her personalized attention to each client.

With her knowledge and expertise, she ethically and competently advises clients on complex immigration issues while guiding them through the process.

Teresa is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She earned her law degrees from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Warsaw, Poland. She also completed European Studies program at the University of Birmingham, UK.

Prior to her career as an Immigration attorney, she was a member of the diplomatic service of Poland.

Teresa fluently communicates with her clients in English, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian, and has a working knowledge of French.
