Teresa Mohmand-Borkowska, Esq.

TMB Immigration was founded by Attorney Teresa Mohmand-Borkowska. With her knowledge and expertise, Teresa will ethically and competently advise you on complex immigration issues and guiding you through the process.

Prior to founding TMB Immigration, Teresa practiced immigration law with Boston-area law firms, a nonprofit organization in Seattle, and a UK-based immigration group. Before becoming an immigration attorney, she had a successful career in international diplomacy.

Teresa is admitted to the New York State Bar and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and its New England Chapter. She holds law degrees from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Warsaw, (Poland), a European Studies Certificate from the University of Birmingham (UK), and international privacy certifications (CIPP/US & CIPP/E).

Teresa fluently communicates with her clients in English, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian.
