Teresa Mohmand-Borkowska, Esq.

TMB Immigration was founded by Attorney Teresa Mohmand-Borkowska, who is the also the Principal Attorney. With our knowledge and expertise, we ethically and competently advises our clients on complex immigration issues while guiding them through the process.

Teresa is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She earned her law degrees from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Warsaw, Poland. She also completed European Studies program at the University of Birmingham, UK.

Prior to founding her own immigration law practice, Attorney Teresa developed her expertise in immigration law with two Boston-area based law firms and a Seattle-based nonprofit organization.

Teresa fluently communicates with her clients in English, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian, and has a working knowledge of French. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA) and AILA New England chapter.
